1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ghowraith platform and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Ghowraith provides a FIDO2 security key lifecycle management platform that enables organizations to provision, track, manage, and audit hardware security keys across their workforce.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One person or organization may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to use Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not access your Customer Data except as necessary to operate the Service, provide support, or comply with law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Ghowraith, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

8. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your Customer Data available for export for 30 days following termination, after which it may be deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghowraith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
